Below materials and information about the Connect To Work programme delivered across North Yorkshire to anybody aged 18+ and experiencing a health condition, disability or facing disadvantage. The programme is looking for referrals from any organisations supporting people eligible, and is also keen to promote its services at any events which may be relevant.
