Alcohol Identification and Brief Advice

North Yorkshire County Council has commissioned the Alcohol IBA service with effect from 1st July 2015.

Approved providers of pharmacy services in North Yorkshire are eligible to offer this service on behalf of the Council. Here is the specification for this service for your information and consideration: Alcohol IBA – Service Specification for Pharmacies

The service may only be delivered by individuals who have undertaken the training in the provision of Alcohol IBA, delivered by the Council’s accredited training provider, Drugtrain.
