North Yorkshire Horizons Drugs & Alcohol Misuse Scheme

As contractors may well be aware, CPNY has been in discussions with North Yorkshire Horizons for some time.

These discussions surrounded issues regarding their drugs and alcohol misuse scheme, in relation to communication and prescribing matters.

Consequently, Horizons agreed to produce the following documents to support pharmacies:
