Training for NHS flu vaccination service

The LPC has organised training through Sonar informatics. Unfortunately we can only offer training in York and Harrogate as the demand in Scarborough, from the survey responses, was too low.

The LPC is funding the venue and the charge for the training is £80 plus Vat per pharmacist. This is a specially negotiated rate so ignore the £110 on the website; once you have booked a place you will be invoiced at the negotiated price.

We have organised a training day in Harrogate and York with two sessions per day (total of four sessions) so delegates can choose which session to attend. For those of you wanting to offer private vaccination & travel services also, there is  the option of purchasing travel vaccinations and malaria PGD’s which would require an additional hour training; the cost for this would be 399.00 plus Vat  and a private flu vaccination service PGD would be £30.00 plus Vat.

Sessions on both days are from 11am-2pm and  3-6pm for flu and 10-2pm and 2-6pm for flu plus travel.

York, Saturday September 27th at The Bar Convent, 17 Blossom Street, York, North Yorkshire, Y024 1AQ. This is just a few minutes walk from York Station, opposite Nunnery lane car park.
